Privacy Policy

1. What this site does not collect

• No account, login or password exists, so no credentials are ever stored.
• No cookies are set by this site to identify you, and no tracking pixels are loaded.
• No analytics service measures your visits, clicks or browsing path.
• No form asks for personal details, and no payment is taken on the site.

2. What is recorded automatically

Like any website, the hosting platform in front of this site keeps ordinary technical records needed to deliver pages and keep them running — for example request details such as the address requested, the approximate network origin of the request, and whether the page loaded successfully. These records exist to operate the site, not to profile individuals, and they are not combined with anything else into a personal profile.

If a page fails to load while being edited, technical details of that failure (the error message and the page path) may be reported to the platform running the site so the problem can be fixed. That covers broken code, not people.

3. If you choose to contact me

Messages you send by phone, WhatsApp or email to the contact details on the contact page are held by you and by me in the usual way — in your own phone and in my message history. They are used only to answer you and to correct the plan data. They are not sold, rented or shared, and are not used for marketing.

Please do not include anything you would not want sitting in a message thread: no NRIC, no full address, no account numbers. There is rarely a reason to send them, and this site cannot act on them anyway.

4. Advertising and cookies

Where advertising is switched on, this site is served by Google AdSense. When an ad displays, Google and its advertising partners may use cookies — including the Google advertising cookie — to serve ads based on your earlier visits to this and other sites, and to measure how those ads perform. That information is gathered and used by Google under its own privacy terms, not under this policy.

You have real choices here: limit personalised advertising at myadsettings.com, read how advertising cookies are used and opt out at google.com/policies/technologies/ads, or clear cookies in your browser whenever you like. Where advertising is switched off, none of these cookies are loaded at all.

The PayNow code on the homepage is a reference to a bank account, not a payment form: supporting the site happens inside your own banking app, under your bank's privacy terms. This site sees nothing about the transfer and keeps no payment records.

5. Links to other websites

Every plan links out to its provider's own page, and the coverage section links to nPerf's map. Those sites are run by other organisations with their own privacy practices, which this policy does not cover. Once you leave SIM Only SG, their terms apply.

6. Children

This is a price-comparison reference. It is not directed at children and no attempt is made to gather information from anyone of any age.

7. Your choices

If you sent me something personal and want it corrected or deleted, ask through the contact page and I will remove it from my message history. In Singapore, the Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) governs how personal data you voluntarily hand over is used; there is no automated decision-making here and no data to sell.

Because no tracking is in place, there is nothing to switch off in a browser. Clearing your browser data has no effect on this site, because it holds nothing about you.

8. Changes to this policy

If this page changes materially — advertising, analytics, or any new data collection — the date at the top is revised and the new version applies from the moment it is published on the site. Continued use of the site after that means the updated policy, so it is worth a look if you have been away a while.
